What Can Be Returned or Replaced?

Wrong or Expired Products:
If you receive the wrong product or an item that’s expired, we’ll happily replace or refund it. Please raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Missing Products:
If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, let us know within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

  • Pickup by Medease: If reverse pickup is available in your city, we’ll arrange it for you.

  • Self-Ship Option: If pickup isn’t available, you can send the product through a reliable courier service. We’ll reimburse reasonable courier charges once verified.

After we receive and verify the returned product(s), we’ll issue either:

  • A replacement (depending on stock availability), or

  • A refund, as per your preference.

What Can’t Be Returned or Replaced?

❌ Products that are opened, used, or tampered with
❌ Items without original packaging, labels, or seals
❌ Requests made after 7 days (for wrong/expired items)
❌ Damage or missing item claims made after 2 days of delivery
